Nicholas Rees
Partner
Nicholas Rees brings over 20 years of international experience across investment, fintech, banking, and technology startups. He has advised multinational organizations and led projects exceeding $500 million in value across industries, including payments, aviation, capital markets, energy, and infrastructure. He has also founded and launched several ventures in fintech and payments, including Kanoo Pays and ACCA, giving him direct experience in building and scaling businesses across global markets. A chartered accountant, Nicholas combines financial discipline with strategic execution. As a two-time Olympian representing The Bahamas, he maintains a strong personal connection to the country and is committed to its long-term economic development.

John Bostwick
Partner
John Bostwick is a senior legal, policy, and strategic advisor with over 30 years of experience across The Bahamas and international markets. A member of both the Bahamian and UK Bars, his expertise spans property law, corporate structuring, international trade, and investment advisory. He has played a significant role in shaping the country’s economic and policy landscape, contributing to The Bahamas National Development Plan and serving on the National Economic Development Committee. John has also advised key industry bodies, including the Retail Grocers Association, Wholesalers Association, and Pharmaceutical Association. A former Senator of The Bahamas, John brings deep insight into the intersection of government, business, and investment.

Paige Waugh

Paige Waugh is part of the Roberts family, one of The Bahamas’ most established business families, with deep roots in retail, real estate, and hospitality. She holds a senior management role within Supervalue and Quality Markets and plays a key role in overseeing the family’s portfolio of real estate assets, including hotels and marinas across The Bahamas. Her experience provides strong operational insight and a deep connection to the country’s commercial landscape.

Claudia Udaquiola
Advisor
Claudia is the Founder and CEO of Pangea Capital Partners, a Miami-based investment advisory firm specializing in cross-border transactions and alternative assets in emerging markets. With over a decade of experience across strategy consulting and transactions advisory, she has led large-scale deals spanning Latin America, the Caribbean, and Europe. Before founding Pangea, she served as Director of International Investments for Sid Sijbrandij's Family Office and the Sijbrandij Foundation, acting as his on-the-ground lead across emerging markets globally. Prior to that, she led the Deals Advisory team at EY in Havana, advising on $20M to $500M FDI projects from strategy to execution. Claudia holds an M.S. in Management Science from Stanford Graduate School of Business and is fluent in Spanish and English.
