With over 20 years of experience in international business, SMEs, Fintech, banking, and technology startups, Nic has provided strategic guidance to multinationals and projects with scales of up to $500+ million across diverse industries, including Payments, Aviation, Capital Markets, Entertainment, Maritime, Oil and Gas, Solar, Manufacturing, Textiles, Food & Beverage, and Retail. Nic is also a chartered accountant and two-time Olympian, where is repreented The Bahamas in swimming.

John Bostwick

A member of the Bahamian and UK Bars for 30 years with specialist legal experience in conveyancing/law of property, companies and contract law, law of international trade, immigration and investment services, global business services, structuring & advice, Bahamas national plan author and member of National Economic Development committee, agri-tech developer, advisor to the Bahamian Retail Grocers Association, Wholesalers Association and Pharmaceutical Association and community activist. John is a former Bahamas Senator and national thought leader.

Paige Waugh
Partner
Paige, a member of the Roberts family, holds a senior management position within Supervalue and Quality Markets, the largest retail chain in the Bahamas. She is also Vice President of the family's real estate assets, which include hotels and marinas in The Bahamas, where she is integral to the management of these assets. Paige has a B.S. in Business Management and a Masters in Business Administration from Tampa University.
